Booking opens thirty days in advance at 9:00 am. Walk-ins are always welcome at the counter.
- Parties of seven or more are booked by email — events@chezmaeju.com
- We hold your table for fifteen minutes past the reservation time.
- Please tell us about allergies when you book. Soy, sesame, and shellfish are present throughout the kitchen.
- The full dining room is accessible; the counter is not.
